  • Chinese Dumplings / 水饺
  • Add frozen dumplings into boiled water. Stir gently and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Scoop out the dumplings and be ready to serve.
  • 将冷冻水饺放入沸水中。轻轻搅拌,防止粘皮。煮大约8-10分钟。拿出水饺沥干水分食用。

 

  • Soup Dumplings / Xiao Long Bao / 灌汤小笼包
  • Place the frozen steamed buns on a steam paper separately with some space, cover with the lid. Bring the water to boil and steam for 8 to 10 minutes until the steamd buns swell up. Ready to serve. Please be cautious for the hot soup of dumplings.
  • 铺上防粘纸,无需解冻隔开一定距离放入小笼包,盖紧盖子。水煮沸,出蒸汽之后,蒸大约8-10分钟。小笼包体积变大,可趁热享用。小心小笼包内汤汁烫嘴。

 

  • Wontons / 馄饨 / 云吞
  • Bring the water to boil, put frozen wonton in the water, stir gently from the botto to avoid skin stickiness and boil for around 8-10 minutes until wonton floating on top of the water. Ready to serve.
  • 水煮沸后,无需解冻,倒入馄饨/云吞,轻轻搅动锅底。防止粘皮。煮大约8-10分钟,直到云吞/馄饨浮在水面上。趁热享用。
